There is a lot to learn about Lybrix, but here are some short answers for you.
We allow you to install the software on a local server and recommend you allow access through your Exchange server credentials. Here at G-Able, there is a link from our intranet, but we all have it bookmarked in our browsers.
We don't want you duplicating files or interrupting your workflow, so leave files where they are. You can add a link to them from any content page - PLUS we let you tag that link, add a description and a time stamp, so every document has a story.
We understand that people will stop using Lybrix if the content becomes stale or outdated. This is why our system allows you to share the job of updating content among multiple departments and business units.
You add the content yourself so you decide what language you want to work in.
However, the UI is in English.
